I will admit that I failed to properly hydrate. I really need to work on drinking more water during the day.
This blog is very cool Tim!! You are much braver than I - posting your min/mile for the world to see. I ran 9 miles the other night but it was SLOW! Your blog is motivating me though so keep up the good work!
